Many people will not be aware that The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) have committed to and are progressing with the purchase of flats and other residential property for the survivors of the Grenfell fire. As such, we have been proud to be among the small number of Surveyors undertaking residential building surveys of each property to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
RBKC have been keen to ensure that the properties they purchase are of a good standard and as such we have been able to provide reports for over 25 one, two and three bed flats in and around the borough.
We wish all the best to the Grenfell victims and hope that their new properties will bring them happiness and health.
